About Angella
Hi there—my name is Angella and I am working towards completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health at Northwest Nazarene University.
I am excited to get to know you and work alongside you, meeting you where you are at.
I believe that we all deserve to be seen and understood in our unique life journey.
It would be my honor to be a loving, present witness for you as others have been for me. I hope to help you learn about all the many parts of you and help you to see all the goodness and love you already have inside you. Learning to love ourselves is the first step towards a healing. That can feel hard to believe, I get that and have been there.
A little about me. I have worked for the past almost 20 years as a pediatric nurse. While I have enjoyed caring for and loving on the children and their families as they go through difficult times, I found myself wanting more time with them. The switch to counseling has felt like the exact right move for me. I feel passionate about supporting all people, and particularly parents, on their journey. Life can be hard, and we don’t have to do it alone.
I have been married to my husband, Phil, for 20 years and we have 3 beautiful children.
Outside of working and going to school, I enjoy my quiet-alone time, nature walks, feeling free to be myself wherever I am-- I love to dance, sing, and watercolor, all without skill AND with so much joy!!
