As a graduate student in counseling with a focus on trauma-informed care and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, I am dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing space for self-discovery and healing. I am certified as a Sand Tray Specialist and have experience in expressive arts. I endeavor to help clients connect with their inner selves and explore their emotional landscapes.
In my approach to counseling, I view our work together as a collaborative journey where my role is to support and guide you as you delve into the parts of yourself that may feel vulnerable or challenging. I believe in the power of mindfulness, compassion, and creative expression to foster personal growth and resilience and to help you gain deeper self-awareness and address the root causes of emotional distress.
